How well do you know your strengths and weaknesses?
I think I can be objective on my flaws but is it possible to be unbiased when judging yourself?
I think I can see my (many) flaws clearly but thinking of my strengths makes me feel like I am bragging!
Had a job interview today and it got me thinking!!
I seem to find it much easier to see my weaknesses than my strengths!
Probably because there are more of them!!

i realize my strengths and weaknesses however i’m not afraid to name my strengths,i don’t like to lie and to me feigning modesty would be that,that’s not to say i would go on a tangent about how i’m the greatest but if someone asks i’ll be honest,if i’m perceived as arrogant that doesn’t bother me
