What do you think of it?
Do you recommend it?
I like Chris Penczak’s books. This one isn’t quite as in depth as I would have liked but it is worthwhile reading. I highly recommend that you read The Inner and Outer Temple books first since they are part of a series and he refers back to them in the Shamanic book. Also, its helpful using the meditation CDs that can be purchased that correspond with the books.
