Is sweet potato counted as a vegetable or as a potato in the Weight Watchers Core Plan?

I’m trying to find out if I can have as much sweet potato as I want or if, like regular potato, brown rice, and whole grain pasta it’s limited to one serving a day. Given that sweet potato is not actually a potato, it seems as though I can eat it, but I want to be certain I’m not undermining myself.

A sweet potato is counted as a vegetable in the WeightWatchers Core Plan according to my mom who is on the Core Plan.
