Read Consumer Reviews in Order to Make Better Purchases

Have you ever wasted your money on something?  Have you ever purchased something that looked so awesome while it was on the shelf (or on the webpage, or on TV), but then gotten it home and realized that it absoutely did not live up to its claims?  Maybe it was a food preparation utility that was supposed to make your life easier in the kitchen but all it made was a mess.  Or maybe it was an exercise device that was supposed to make you ripped and beautiful, but it doesn’t work, or won’t actually help you reach your goals.

It’s happened to all of us.  But this type of situation can be avoided by reading consumer reviews of products before you buy them.  You can find reviews online for just about anything, from new cars to old cars, books to movies, office chairs to beverages, pet foods, and just about everything you’ve ever seen on an infomercial at 3am when you’re supposed to be sleeping.

Before you buy whatever the next thing you want is, be sure to read some reviews online first.  Does the product do what it’s supposed to do?  Do people love it?  Or do 90% of the people who buy it hate it and want their money back?  Reading reviews online is not only informative, but it can also be funny.  Often there will be reviewers who insert some jokes or wit into their reviews, which can be especially humorous if they’re giving a negative review and are venting their anger at a crummy product as humor.

About the Author

Have you read my book ‘Cylena of the Stadium Games’ ? I strive for originality and athletic derring-do!.

My book was online for about a year, yet I have not read any reviews of it. I need to know of anyone who read it, if they liked it, and perhaps how I might improve it.

Vanity publishing often is like this. The only way to find out if the book is a success is to count the cash that you receive. Trying to puff the book by constant questioning on this and other sites is often counter productive.
