Original Owner
I abandoned a car that I never registered. Does it still belong to the original owner?
I recently bought a cheap car that broke down on the day I bought it and I abandoned it at a gas station. (It doesn’t run so I’m fairly sure the gas station had it towed away.) Anyway I never had a chance to register the car and process the title so who does it belong to?
