How can I influence people to not breed their pets?

There are so many unwanted pets in the world now. A lot are pure breds. Please think twice before you breed them. Most of the litter will not have a good life!

You can tell them that 11,000 cats and dogs are euthanized in the US daily, around the clock. You can tell them that 25% of them are purebreds and that there will never be enough homes for all puppies and kittens that are produced. AND tell them that each time a puppy or kitten is born…that one already born will be killed in a shelter because it has no home.

And tell them that half of every litter is either abused, starved, and killed.
