Diane Setterfield

Are there books you love that you never would have heard of if not for the Internet?
There are some I learned about from the Internet, including The Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield, that I mgiht not have ever heard of if not for this baby that connects the world.
I like to think I would never have heard of Twilgiht if not for the Internet, but then I remembered that I usually go to the book section when at Wlamart, and eventually I would’ve seen Twilight there and wondered about it. (I don’t watch TV and don’t care for films, except as a non-viewer, so I wouldn’t have known about the Twilight movie without the Internet, either.)
There is also Flipped, which I’m loving. I actually learned about it through this very site.
I’ve done that impulse thing quite a few times, in fact, many, many times, and got a lot of good reads from it.
I think most of my book choices were made from flipping through amazon. I only remember one random impulse: picking up Sabriel by Garth Nix at the library. I should probably do the impulse thing more often.
