Dead Patricia

In Book of The Dead (Cornwell) Did Marino Die?
In Patricia Cornwell’s latest book, Book of The Dead, did the last scene impy that Marino died. I didn’t hate the book like others did, but I did hate how Marino is turning out. Remember he has saved Scarpetta’s life a bunch of times! I can’t see why Benton doesn’t understand why Scarpetta forgives him.
no i dont think so i assumed that their friendship was definitley over though. i agree with u about hating how marino turned out..kinda feels like cornwell wrote a few chapters in her head, didnt publish them and then carried on with marino being a pig while the reader is left scratching their head going, what the hell happened to marino? did i miss something?

The latter manifest themselves in both the beats and the… |

Keeping Up Appearances: The Full Bouquet $57.49 American sitcoms usually have a bland, likable central character who has to cope with obnoxious acquaintances–who usually provide most of the actual comedy. The British smartly put the comic personalities front and center, and Keeping Up Appearances has one of the best: The petty, pretentious, tyrannical Hyacinth Bucket (played by the impressive Patricia Routledge), a dowdy middle-class social cl… |
