Celina incumbents Brad Glendening in Place 1 and Sean Terry in Place 6 will be running unopposed in the May election. Two candidates have filed to run in Place 5, Todd McCally’s seat on the council. He has moved out of the Celina city limits and is no longer eligible to serve on the council.
