dan brown bad writing

Whose writing is worse: Dan Brown or Lahaye / Jenkins'?
It's Dan "Da Vinci Code" Brown vs Tim "Left Behind "LaHaye and Jerry B." Buck "Jenkins. Whose prose wood and execrable conspiracy is really worse? I am not interested in their respective theologies, except when it directly affects the quality of their writing.
That one is easy. Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins is by far the worst. The sentences are excruciatingly painful to read. The second book is the worst by far. It was, well, just horrible. The characters have dimension 1. The dialog is so incredibly bad! And these artificial emotions. Gak! It's like watching Jean Claude Van Damme tries to act! I can not even finish the second book and jumped to the 3rd (and stopped there) in writing. Dan Brown, is at least readable. The prose itself is even entertaining. The problem is that the plot twists were horribly artificial and the characters have flashes of incredible brilliance that no timely real person never would. But I do not feel like I'm in pain reading the book like Left Behind.
