How do you change your facebook profile picture?

Whenever I hit the “make your this your profile picture” button, it doesn’t change, even though it says it is changed, i don’t know. Does it have to do with the picture file?

1. Make sure that your tagged in the picture to be able to click the make profile picture button.

2. sometimes if you refresh your page it will show up. Mine does it all the time
