Question about Blender Software?

I’ve attempted this software maybe 20-40 times. each time i get overwhelm as how do i do this and Why won’t the (bad word here) thing work . I’ve tried and online videos as how to make something basic to complex. i’ve tried reading it online and nothing. my last resort is the book? I’ve read reviews on amazon and some say its the greatest book in the world and others say it bad pictures. I’ve felt prod of my self as i was doing the matrix style bullet effect a bit and got most of it then i couldn’t figure it out. or chess board still having issues with extruding both colors.

Well learning a new software its really difficult and more in a software of design as blender because you don’t need only working with this but with other software have creativity, know how to design objects, this is really difficult and i think that the best form of learning something like this is practicing and continue working even if you don’t know what to do.

And don’t try to learn ALL forms to do a model of something because it is really difficult and try to learn the basics and while you are going thought working with the software you will discover others things that you may need.

And i for almost everything i use the wiki at blender.org because has the basics about everything and other ways i used google to learn.
