Do you know any fun books from witty female writers?

I’ve read eat, pray, love by Elizabeth Gilbert and absolutely loved it!
I tried reading something around those lines, but I get really overwhelmed by reviews, book clubs and specially at the bookstore (so many options!). So I bought the shopaholic book cause they were recommended as being funny and enjoyable, which they are but…not my cup of tea…I’m not 14 anymore.
I don’t mind the kind of book you advice, is more the writing-style. So if you know any good books from great, funny and clever female writers let me know. It can be more than one, I have a long summer coming soon

Lorrie Moore has written some hilarious short story collections. Highly recommended.
